Newtecons is undertaking the structural works and core-and-shell finishing for High-Rise Blocks OCC2, DV2.2, and DV2.4, comprising 5 towers with a scale of 3 basement levels, 2 podium levels, and 38 upper stories. The development is designed to feature residential apartments, serviced apartments, and commercial retail space. The total construction floor area (CFA) is approximately 246,390 m², with a targeted construction duration of 557 days from the commencement date.
The project presents significant engineering challenges:
Particularly the execution of 3 deep basement levels under complex coastal geological conditions subject to high groundwater tables. This demands a General Contractor with extensive field experience, disciplined scientific organization, and tailored technical solutions to guarantee structural stability and site safety.
